We went in to check on her and she was standing. We laid her down and she sat up and pulled up again. We all started clapping and cheering and calling everyone else to come see. So we put her back down and she stood a few more times to our thunderous applause. We were laughing at how much positive reinforcement our 7th child was getting. All of that cheering because she stood up. She walked about 3 months later while I was on a trip to CA alone. I came back and she was walking.Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07736216023049064088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2103129892169944217.post-49551592629068878492010-10-08T13:56:22.083-04:002010-10-08T13:56:22.083-04:00If anticipation is a big part of the prize, then y...If anticipation is a big part of the prize, then you get a lot of it waiting and watching for milestones like walking! Congratulations, Shav! Wow, your youngest might start walking soon...he's not a baby any more.Sallyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01648805632326563495noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2103129892169944217.post-3608871625673972652010-10-08T13:01:36.134-04:002010-10-08T13:01:36.134-04:00Congratulations, Shav!Congratulations, Shav!Margiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15556448473337499886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2103129892169944217.post-54971481205907284752010-10-07T23:56:45.231-04:002010-10-07T23:56:45.231-04:00Crawling at 5 1/2 months?? I knew he was close to Christiana's age and I feel like she was really late with walking. She just started about a week ago.

There is so much variety among children! It's interesting that all your kids have liked to take their time. Tyler, Tony and Amanda all started walking at 13 months despite beginning to crawl at 10 months, 7 months and 5 1/2 months respectively.Mike and Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00432696541518313731noreply@blogger.com
