I love the snow too but after a while start to get a little tired of how long it takes to get each boy kitted out from head to toe, then how long it takes to get back in and then all the waterproofs, boots hats etc drying around the house!
Oh my... I love it! :-) So adorable.
Is your wood burning stove flu going out of the chimney from the fireplace? My hubby did that with ours a few years ago, but it never put enough heat out. So we have propane logs in that fireplace now. But we have a pot-bellied stove in the Living Room that I love. The smell of burning wood, and the heat it puts out with just a little bit of work in the Summer months.
THAT'S what snow is all about, eh?
