And in the "awww, that's sweet" category:
Shav was lying on my bed, and David climbed up beside him to look at him and talk to him and touch him and show him his new mini light saber. It brought a smile to my face when I heard David softly say, "Did you know that I love you, Shav? Did you? Did you?" and then give Shav a kiss on the nose. Precious!

Aaaaaahhhhhh! That light-saber kiss is precious. The buffalo song cracked me up. (He's the God of the buffaloes too, Mom! He made them.)
Your blog is such sweet encouragement to me--in myriad ways.
OH my goodness. Maybe it is the lack of sleep, but you have me in tears. Those are the moments that make all of the frustrations just melt away. Absoltely precious.
That is soooo precious...the comment asking if his brother new he loved him! I have a similar sweet story: when I was five-months pregnant with my second, my son put his hand on my stomach and said, "I love her, mom, I do."
Thanks for your kind comments posted on my blog and devotion. I appreciate it!
You captured, so beautifully, a perfect childhood moment between David and Shav.
I, too, wonder where my children pick up some of the songs they sing...
