Better Late than Never

Last week, we celebrated Jeff's family night by eating a picnic supper by a nearby lake and then feeding the swans and ducks. (One of the reasons we did that was because in Josiah's schoolwork, we had been reading The Story about Ping; and I realized that Josiah had never fed ducks. Well! We had to remedy that situation quickly! A little hands-on learning is a very good thing!!!) It was a beautiful evening--and was a completely delightful way to spend a special family night together! I intended to post these pictures many days ago; but as so often happens, life got in the way, and I'm just now getting around to it.
