~ a baby!
~ a living, breathing, moving person!
~ a child of the Living God!
~ a beloved member of our family!
~ an adored little sibling!
~ the newest member of the Fisher clan!
What? You’re still here? You’re still reading? You’re waiting for one more little word, for just one more tidbit of information? Oh! Well, in that case…
Boy.
That's right--BOY!!!
The ultrasound tech spotted very quickly what we were all waiting to see, and the evidence was pretty unmistakable. :) So, another boy to wrap in blue, another boy to cuddle and love, another boy to watch grow up and race after his daddy on little legs. We are blessed.
Now if we can only decide on a name... :)

would you quit copying me?!? it's getting embarassing! :) But seriously, congrats. You don't have to reinvent the wheel...Love, Amanda
Congratulations!!! Perhaps God wants you to adopt your baby girl afterall!
Amanda, you're so funny! It DOES crack me up how our child-bearing lives imitate each other's so closely. :) I guess you're an accurate prophetess for me!
AHHHH!! I have to say that I was the one that wanted three boys first! ...and here I am with three girls. funny!
Seriously, I LOVE having a three-some of the same sex. There's just something about it.
when we found out that we were having another girl, a scripture from Ecclesiastes came to mind:
A threestand cord is not easily broken.
And it's soo true. You have now given your boys the heritage of always having at least one brother to have his back. No financial inheritance can bestow that. Seriously...I LOVE having a three set. And hope to get a threesome of boys too. :)
Congratulations!!!!!!!!
Hey, that first comment was actually from Chris...haha.. I had typed congratulations and then was called away from the computer from my little ones when Chris sneaked up behind me and left his own comment :). Congratulations anyway!!! Chris is one of three boys and I really think that he enjoys it. So exciting!! Now you don't have to spend a lot of money on new clothes (at least not this time) and if you ever do have a girl she will have three big brothers to watch out for her. Is Josiah excited?? How did he do at the ultrasound? Better start thinking hard about names... January isn't that far away!
Congratulations Davene! Are your boys excited about having another little bro. around?
Congratulations!!! I've enjoyed reading your blog! I love hearing about your experiences as a mom and think there is a lot I can learn from what you are learning, etc.!
Thanks for sharing!!
Michelle
Oh hooray! Another boy to add to your sweet munchkins! You know, I thought naming the baby would be the fun part, little did I know just how oppinionated(sp?) Mr. B. was on that subject!
Hope you find one you both agree on!
Congratulations! Another boy will be fun. Boys love their mommies. :) (And...as a future bonus...they're a lot less moody at the pre-teen stage.) ;-)
Congrats Davene! So blue it is!!! I know all about that ...suppose you do too!
Love ya
Lisa
Sorry I'm late with the Congratulations!!! Katie will be thrilled that you are having another boy. She wants a housefull of boys when she grows up, and my grandmother who had 4 sons thinks that's the only way to go!!!
So, yay!!! You are so blessed, Davene (and Jeff and Josiah and David)
Congratulations! That is so exciting!! How beautiful! We bet Josiah and David are so excited!
We'd love to have you all over to the house, before the summer ends! We'll be in touch!
Love,
Nell-Marie & Gil
